NEED TO EXCHANGE SOMETHING? IT COULDN’T BE EASIER!

Eligibility for exchange of products

Returns due to wrong sizing:
Islandbound.co allows customers to exchange garments for different sizing, given it is within 28 days of purchase, all labels are still attached and product has not been worn or damaged.
We understand selecting the right size online can be a difficult one. For this reason, we welcome an exchange on online orders within 28 days of receipt of order.
Garments that are returned without provided swing tags will be unable to exchange due to hygiene reasons and will be returned to the sender.

Returns due to garment damage/being faulty or incorrect items shipped:
We personally inspect all garments that are ordered to ensure they are up to the high standards that we are proud of. However, in the case that the products you receive don't meet our exact quality standards, including faulty or damaged items, please contact us (Details provided below) to arrange return delivery for a replacement.
